Definitions

  • Client: The individual or entity requesting cleaning services.

  • Services: The cleaning services provided by Pine Forest Cleaning Services as detailed in the service agreement.

  • Contract: The agreement between the Client and Pine Forest Cleaning Services based on these Terms.

Scope of Services

We will perform cleaning services as specified in the service quotation or agreement. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • We will confirm the date and time of the service. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

  • The price for services will be as agreed in the quotation.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via above payment method

  • Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of [specify amount or percentage].

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client shall provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • The Client shall ensure that the property is safe and accessible.

  • The Client shall inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or sensitive areas.

Liability and Insurance

  • We carry appropriate insurance coverage in accordance with UK regulations.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items that are fragile or valuable unless negligence is proven.

  • The Client shall be responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.

Health and Safety

  • We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations under UK law.

  • The Client shall inform us of any hazards or health risks on the premises.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be made within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will investigate and resolve complaints promptly.

  • Disputes not resolved amicably may be referred to relevant UK consumer protection agencies.

Data Protection

  • We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Compliance with UK Cleaning Services Act and Regulations

  • We comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations governing cleaning services, including health and safety standards, employment laws, and consumer rights.

  • We ensure that all staff are trained and qualified as required by law.

  • We adhere to environmental regulations concerning cleaning products and waste disposal.

Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.

  • Outstanding payments for services rendered will remain payable.
